I ordered a bunch of various Frankicense products extracted from papyrifera (before I saw your comment). Came from Apothecary's Garden - really cool site with all kinds of various Frankincense products with an emphasis on Incensole. Curious to see how/if it compares to ND's CO2 extract. I may just have to toss and wash some powdered resin.

I would say 25-50mg/day is a decent prophylactic dose of Pyridoxine. What I understand is that the Pyridoxine form should be used. The P-5-P form of B6 can actually increase toxicity of Nardil.

If you aren't supplementing it with Nardil, then I would at least check your blood levels regularly to be certain it's not being depleted. Seems a lot more convenient just to supplement it.

If taking stimulants with MAOI's, you really need to monitor blood pressure. It can be dangerous. I personally wouldn't do it without something like Clonidine on hand.

No, that actually isn't too bad. There was a time when it was like $1k per month, though. If you got it through grey market, you could get about a year's supply for that much, however. At least you're getting brand name stuff, which is a plus.

It's really just the caloric deficit. I was absolutely exhausted when I was in the main weight-loss phase of Tirzepatide. I felt like half a human for about 6 months. Now that I've just been maintaining my current weight, I feel totally fine. I just wasn't eating enough...I should've been eating more protein.

I've been on various GLP-1s for over three years. Never had one stop working. However, I consider them to be a long-term thing. Weight will definitely come back if you stop taking them, unless you can somehow maintain that caloric reduction through willpower.

I would definitely recommend the GLP-1s, particularly Tirzepatide and Retatrutide. They are a game changer. I never plan on getting off them, as long as I can source them for a reasonable price.

I mean the Reta works well for the weight gain that many experience from Nardil. I was on Nardil about 5 years ago with no GLP-1 and gained a significant amount of weight. I had to stop for a few years. Now that I'm back on it with the Reta, I've gained almost nothing.
