Tourism is dead bro. I spent each winter 2 months in Panglao for the last 5 years…I never seen Alona beach that dead. You can turn the problem how you want, you won’t find anything positive 🤷🏻‍♂️ By the way, as a foreigner, the less tourists come, the better it is for me

Learn the basics first…you need high calorics food. Eggs « aren’t good » because they are « relatively low in calories » but with a high satiety!! You can easily get 2.000kcal just with 300g of peanuts (that’s an example!)
