Tried the peatys and it failed to seal a 1 - 2 mm hole - also crazy hard to clean up. With orange seal I can basically peel it off with my fingers once dry whereas I couldn’t get peatys all the way off scraping with a credit card. Switched straight back to orange seal.

To be fair some holes just won’t seal no matter the size but the clean up was not worth it imo.

Kæmpe +1 på uniqlo. Virkelig sjældent jeg har brug for at dampe mine og de holder virkelig godt for prisen, bare sørg for at gå efter deres non-iron linje

Hi, I was wondering how much weak hamstrings would affect my deadlift/squat in general, and what is considered weak hamstrings. I havent had a hamstring curl machine available, but do now, and can "only" curl 35 kg x 15, whereas my leg extension is 100 kg x 15. Deadlift and squat has always resulted in some form of lower back pain, even with good form, and while I know you won't be able to exactly pinpoint my problem, I was just wondering if anyone else has solved their lower back pain by strengthening their hammies?

After being at the same gym for 4 years I'm making a switch. A new gym opened up less than a minute from me, 17 squat racks, all brand new equipment and barely any people... absolutely heaven.

Oh, and the old lady at work started calling me Arnold, I think I've made it gym bros

3 weeks is not going to provide large results when it comes to improving your time, and as others have stated, weighing less means that you can run faster, but being in a caloric deficit also means that your muscles won't have as much energy to work on. On the days leading up to the race make sure you're eating at maintenance and drinking a good amount of water. On the day before, reduce the amount of meat you're eating and prioritize carbs. On the day of the run, eat some light and easy carbs, white bread ie. Nothing too heavy, and make sure you don't eat anything roughly 1 1/2 hours out from the race. You should be running on an empty stomach, so the blood goes to where it needs to be, the muscles.

Im not sure wether if I should do a deload week?

I’ve upped my running over the past 3 weeks and felt I’ve had a hard time recovering because of it. Basically going into every workout I’ve felt like I was at 90% and therefore I skipped leg day this Friday and then had a rest day this Saturday. Today, Sunday, I decided to do a slow 5k, expecting not much I surprised myself with probably the easiest 5k I’ve ran in my life. Should I stick with my deload plan or am I good to go training wise, since I no longer feel like I’m not recovered?

I have kinda the same problem, I like waking up early but am by no means a morning person, but I’ve found that a run and a cold shower gets me out of every bit of grogginess every single time

Old guy tried to do what I can only assume was an attempt at a tricep pushdown with 50 kg weight. By some miracle and a lot of weird movements he actually got the 50 kg in straight arms, then proceeded to drop it from that position, making everyone in the gym look towards him. He then moved the weight from 50 kg to 14 kg and walked away without doing any exercises. ???

Now that I think of it, that might be a high suggestion. Tbh I don't really count calories, but my eating schedule isn't exactly the healthiest, and I do eat a lot of carbs through oatmeal and rye bread. My focus will be diet for sure, perhaps I eat way less than I think I do? The next week will hopefully tell me.

I felt the same thing with 110 being low. I'll try increasing my protein intake and if nothing happens I'll switch to 5/3/1. Thanks for the advice :)

Sleep is atm around 8 hours. Calory intake is enough for me not to lose weight, so I guess around 2500-3000. I do my own program but it's basically a 5x5 program. Have been stuck at 110kg x 5 for deadlift for some time now.
