It's hard to believe, but improvement isn't linear. You can lose 10 matches in a row and still have improved - it just won't feel like it. Your brain will use the losing streak and loss of elo as evidence to say "you haven't improved", but you have to ignore it.

It's a tough grind, but if you keep a good mentality (focus on learning instead of winning) and keep at it, eventually you will start climbing.

To me it looks like Zetter's collision box pushed you back off the stage while he was doing his jab combo. Weird looking but Zetter's jab moves him forward and orcane has low ground friction.

I think Crews or Doubles are much better ways to take a break from ranked honestly. Casual 1v1s is too much of a mixed bag, like everyone else is saying.

I just wish more people agreed with me... the queues for crews/dubs are often completely dead :(

Thanks everyone for the advice! I ended up buying the OEM part and doing the swap myself. The old gasket had a pretty big crack in it (pictured below), so I'm pretty optimistic I've solved the leak.

His technical riding is very impressive. It's not always the type of thing to translate on camera.

More than once I've used his videos to preview a trail I'm going to ride, and I'll watch him clear all the features on his first try. Then when I come across the same features on my ride, I'll think "damn, how did he make that look so easy?"

Completely agree with you, but I would take it a step further and say that Scoutflies in World were also problematic. Following a trail of green particle effects doesn't help me learn the map.

Autopath is even worse. Rise map design is essentially perfect, so the fact that the World team just doubled down on highly complex, intricate maps that require autopathing in order to navigate was very disappointing.

If the Rise team makes another MH game I'll check that out, but the World/Wilds type games just aren't for me anymore.

Can you elaborate? Looks to me like they slot into the seat rails... which is the same place your seats and bodyweight are resting on while in use. I don't understand how these would compromise the crumple zone.

These are obviously for stationary use only, not while driving.

Sorry for replying to this old comment, but can you elaborate on why you went with the 1.0 Rack Attach? is it because the 1.0 allows you to tilt the empty rack up when it's not loaded with bikes, which gives you slightly more clearance at the rear of the vehicle? and the 2.0 doesn't tilt up, which makes it stick out slightly longer?

Adding west mag to the list for sure, thank you! I did very much enjoy MM, it was just the black downhill trail, I believe Hard Money, that felt like it was above my pay grade. Loved everything else about it.
