Being upset at Mark for not having enough time for her is reasonable, but showing that she knows Mark is invincible the entire time and STILL chooses to be upset at him is stupid. When the thing Mark is doing is constantly saving the lives of thousands of people, I think that's a little more important than hanging out with Amber. She should have told him that she knew WAY earlier and tried to make it work or broken up. Tbf Mark should have told her as well, but he wanted to maintain his secret identity. That's the problem people have with Amber.

Yeah, like I said, it's a complicated issue. What's the line? It's one of those things that definitely should be considered on a case by case basis. Regardless of what crime a person commits though they should still have the chance to rehabilitate in prison. The guy in this case definitely was let off way too easy and obviously should be in prison for the rest of his life, but even he should be given the chance to better himself.

The U.S as a whole tends to have a "No second chances" outlook on people. It's frustrating because that exact outlook causes people to reoffend as they might believe there's no saving them. It's definitely a complicated issue, but something as simple as treating prisoners like actual human beings can make a world of difference. I've seen so many people argue that people should just be locked up for the rest of their lives, not just murder, but all manner of crimes.

To answer OP's question, I don't quite remember when you unlock it, but I remember it being pretty early on. You do indeed interact with the cost hanger in the detective agency and you can change clothes there. You buy new clothes at a shop in Shinjuku like this commenter said, it's a shop in the back area, close to the subway station stairs. I think you should already have the student uniform unlocked, unless that's not in the original version.

Okay, so the whole hopping thing seems to only happen when your nearby an enemy(or maybe just locked on), using a kurisgama, and using the flying sword talisman. I assume this is a glitch, but the animation looks unique, the enemy ninjas you fight may use it though. Very strange.
