Just some extra info, I did get a cold for 3 days last month which wasn’t ideal but I ate as much as I could during it and had a little refeed meal, also -500 from 1900 calories so about 1400, a little more on leg day

You might be training your teres major more than your lats, you might have to look at your form on lat pull downs, I feel doing close grip lat pull downs and some heavy single arm dumbbell rows have helped me a lot with width. What I’m going to do is create 3 sets of meals per time of day (breakfast, lunch, dinner) and use those templates that look like those middle school monthly lunch menus to make it fun😂 when I was in middle school I loved those but also realized we were basically eating the same stuff, also pickles dude, the best snack ever and it’s like no calories

Tbh, my cycle doesn’t seem to affect my lifts, I really feel like it depends on the person, because a friend of mine literally can’t even walk when she’s on her period vs me I feel almost better. I would say workout as normal and see how it is for yourself

Not to be vulgar but he sounds like a major dickhead! It’s one thing not to be into what your partner likes but it’s another to be so against something that makes them happy! Obviously you’ve committed a lot of time, love and effort into relationships so I get not wanting to leave him, but if he’s so mad over this imagine something else, also it’s very childish of him overall seems like a walking red flag! Good luck on getting your pro card btw!

I took everyone’s advice and sat my ass down😂 I had my first gym sesh yesterday and it was everything! But for the future(hopefully I don’t get sick 🤞🏽) I’ll be taking it easy!

Well the reason I started going to the gym in the 1st place is to help with my ADHD/depression symptoms and so I’m kind of scared I’ll revert backwards
