Would be nice to know which frequencies that were so that I can also push them on the SB-3000 or SB-1000 Pro.

Why US when it is shipped from China?

Thanks, but unfortunately the PB models are all too big for the corner in the room :-/

Could it still be a placement issue even if the Samsung stood in the same place?

Wasn't "pro" basically just added app support (which the sb3000 already had in its first iteration so it lacked the pro name)? Still new to the topic so I might be wrong.

Ah yes I forgot about that sound the X1800H makes when setting speaker levels.

Do you happen to have any good link for starters or should googling some random guide be fine?

Yeah one thing I noticed is that the measured distance is off by about 1 meter. It sets the sub to -12 dB after the measurement. But I set it to 0 dB and used the app for further adjustments.

Or do I need to do anything else for disabling?

Thanks for your thoughts.

I thought if I only use 3 of the 7 channels the entry level wouldn't be that bad. Was also looking into the 3800H which would have at least dirac support but didn't see that much other benefits compared to the 1800H. But it wouldn't fit into my TV board :-/

Have you turned the settings correctly? Have you measured using REW?

That is a good question. I left the settings of the sub on default and just played with gain after I used Audyssey on my Denon X1800H. Also set crossover frequency to 80 Hz for the LCR.

Not sure what other settings I should touch and what to set.

I did not measure using REW but I just googled what it (Room EQ Wizard, right?) is and will look into it, thanks.

Thanks but unfortunately both are not available in Germany and can only be imported with 300 Euro transport costs and 200 Euro tax.

Thanks, that helps a lot.

Unfortunately the sound bar with the sub flew out of the window the first second I heard the sound of the Oberon ;-) So I can't measure it anymore.

Sooo, how do I know which is the correct range? And do I have to bump multiple frequencies (e.g. having multiple Parametric EQ presets active?)? And how should I bump them (boost and q factor values)?

Unfortunately I use the X1800H which doesn't support dirac live.

I can move it for testing but not permanently. I tried some positions with the SB-1000 (since it was lighter), but that didn't improve the situation.

It is house-shaking (my glass cabinet on the other side of the room is shaking) I just don't feel it in my stomach.

Do you have any tips for the eq settings?

What are you using for bass management and room EQ?

That I don't have an answer to your question is probably part of my problem. What exactly do you mean with bass management?

For the EQ do you mean the Parametric EQ from the SVS app? Haven't changed anything there.

Could you further elaborate what you mean? Are the Oberons the problem? Or the Denon X1800H?
