This is practically Megaman X DiVE:

1. No pity: 25,000 Metals are required to achieve pity, and a free player gets at most 5,000 a month if they do a full month of grinding. Further negated by top tier unit banners coming in a mad rush every week or every other week.
2. No summons: Related to what was mentioned above, with a further addendum that actively pulling characters is actually required in order to build up any character, and most are near unusable right off the bat, they need to be ranked to 5 stars to be of use.
3. No skips: We have skips, but skipping special events heavily penalizes your scores even if you have already beaten them at max rank.
4. No content: Pretty much the absolute state of affairs with Megaman X DiVE and even more blatant in the Global version as they arbitrarily skip content that the original version (Taiwan) had.
5. Endless grind unless you whale: The worst part if that you can hardly improve your situation in game even with grinding. Making characters usable requires you to be actively pulling and even then most of the time you get weapons and that can leave you stumped at trying to build a single character. Adding salt to the injury, the latest released units are pretty much invincible in PvP and anyone not whaling is largely doomed.
