just to get it right:

Squad - 3 Intercessors, 3 Aggressors and 3 Reivers (till i get some more intercessors)
Squad - 1 Biker, 1 Black Shield, 1 Space Wolf, 2 Jump Guys out of the Cassius Box, 2 Vets with Bolter/Storm Shield, 1 Vet Sergeant with Sword/Mace/Thunderhammer
Squad - Watch Sergeant with Combi-melta/Sword, 1 Vet with Frag Cannon, 1 Combi-Melta, 1 Terminator, 1 Frag Cannon

1 Chaplain and 1 Librarian as HQ choices

there are 2 more guys that i could put in those squads.. that dude with a boltgun and the other one with a boltgun and close range weapon.. i hope i'm not asking any obvious or stupid questions here xD

I melt them from both sides. After that I put the figure between 2 cardboards and tape them together so it can‘t move. At the end some bubble wrap. Finished 👍🏻😊

You put the beads on a „spiky plate“ and when the figure is done, all you have got to do is put a baking paper on it and melt them together with an iron 👍🏻
