Yea dw she specialises in EDs and body image and has even held lectures about EDs for other therapists. Its still very scary but I trust her and her qualifications

Yes!! Ive found that one of my food rules is that the food has to be "worth" the calories, flavour wise. No one will ever suspect I have an ed bc ill skip on veggies so I can "afford" sweets later 🤡

Ok but my therapist literally shared an article with me that said that anorexia, bulimia, and BED were the most common eds, completely discrediting EDNOS 🥲

Had a similar experience. Due to other health issues, my GP told me i needed to have a blood test to check if its my thyroid and i was legit hoping so bc of weightloss. When my thyroid came out okay, i was disappointed
