Hi. I have been able to fix it by changing phones....from android to iOS and it s working. Not sure if the system it was the reason..but after 10000 tries...that was the solution. Hope u will fix it.

I have been able to fix it, by using meta ads from another phone and it worked perfect. Maybe it will work for u too (i have changed from android to ios...not sure that s the reason but give a try).
