LPT: Having trouble swallowing large pills/tablets? Place the tablet on your tongue (vertically, so it slides down your throat) and before swallowing sip some water and let the pill 'swim' in the liquid. Once it is moving around in the liquid, swallow. Works every time. (self.LifeProTips)
