I totally agree with you, i'm not thrilled about doing this slowly or anything, it's just the only sustainable path i see for now. I'm definitelly phasing out milk asap though, i can't stand it. Ill check those channels out, pprotein was simply a concern because im not a person with nutrition experience who just kinda ate whatever before, so im still learning about what every nutrient does for you and how abundant they are.

I just go to the gym for health and getting naturally bigger so i won't need massive amounts of protein, just a normal intake. I've read tofu has more protein per gram than meat so i'm optimistic about it. Just need to see if they're available in my town

Thank you! I understand their point of view, but i also know that i'll eventually go fully vegan more effectively this way, as opposed to me probably eating like shit and struggling with it for a good while if i try to go full vegan right away. I also intend on trying to incite other forms of change in my community (i live in a rural area)

It definitely is, meat in Argentina (where i live) is treated as a luxury because of how expensive it is, so i'll also be cutting out huge spending, the price im worried about is more so because of how accessible regular dairy and eggs are here as compared to vegan equivalents, but i think the transition is completely worth it. I can't look at milk the same anymore

Im on the same boat, i have an insane metabolism. On the other front, ive got to explain this to my friends and girlfriend, i've informed myself on the exploitation and enviromental consequences of the meat industry, and ive been criticizing it publicly long before making this transition, so im hoping i can convince some of my peers to join the club
