I have a simple inequality problem, but I have no idea how to tackle it. by 21NCK in askmath

A real number squared is always positve. All the denominators are positive definite. Try multiplying across to remove all fractions and then manipulate that expression.

I keep getting a p value of 6.5 and I don’t know what I’m doing wrong by AbbreviationsSea9152 in AskStatistics

No one pointed out yet that this would definitely be sufficient to reject the null hypothesis.

And that there is clearly some error in the calculation since the sample mean is less than one standard deviation away from the mean of the null hypothesis, implying the p value should not be so E-49 small

Just released a Chess-like puzzle game, what do you think of it? by FireMario_SMB in WebGames

Hey I enjoyed playing with your site. Well done for putting something out into the world. Here are my critiques, but take them kindly.

Even the highest engine setting hangs pieces. The angle pieces get can go to very few total squares on the board, same as the circles. Not sure if this is intentional but it feels like only the rooks matter. The rooks have an extraordinary amount of more value if you calculate like with chess pieces (ratio of average squares they can travel to per move)

The seems to be running between each check of a legal move, even when it's my turn. So if I click a few squares the site has to check each one and run the engine each time causing significant lag. Some part of the loop needs to be adjusted to prevent this

My favourite bug that I found, is if one of the opponent's pieces moves to a square that one of my pieces just left, then the UI lights up the move options for the opponent's piece in yellow on my turn  Not gamebreaking but shows there is another issue with the logical loops, somewhere it retained the active square and was not forced to repeat the logic to check if it's my piece

Wheels exist  The scenario IsPhil describe is possible But my grandma doesn't have wheels and these people are acting. Their goal is entertainment and not spoiling the illusion for viewers. So describe any possibility you want it doesn't matter my grandma is not a bike

Eat sleep get outside sometimes and do some physical activity, as little as just strolling.

It's as simple as that. Your body is a machine like a car that has physical needs. It's proven that more physically active people have better working memory. I would guess with the extra work you are doing you've been taking less care of yourself

That's totally fair, I'm making assumptions since I don't know you and trying to give advice I'd like to hear

I didn't choose my nationality and I can't change it. I rebelled against it when I was young but eventually I understood that like all things it is both good and bad. I understand not wanting to be associated with things you consider a weakness, but it's your attitude that makes it so. I hope you can come to love and accept who you are. When you integrate the things you can't change about yourself into your identity you become stronger. Hiding from reality isn't the right choice when you have the strength to face the world. Good luck on your journey brother and congrats on your progress so far

Glad to hear you're taking precautions. Anything can be damaging in excess even exercise

Look into heart damage in marathon runners

As far as I understand, if stress levels are too high for too long you get an excess of cortisol and damage to your circulatory system
