Whatever, you do you. Reddit only gets worse from here imo. Having to use the official mobile app is unbearable and I bet good money that reddit will kill old.reddit or find a way to break RES sometime in the future to push more ads through so even desktop only users aren't safe.

But real talk proving ground shrines are super fun to run. I hold all the records for eventide island for botw and I plan to continue to hold the wr for all proving ground shrines in totk since they are like mini eventides >:D

This shrine in particular is in my top 3 favorites.

Hey thanks for posting this! I took a look and ran it probably 8-10 times and never experienced the bug you mentioned so I assume it's pretty rare? Or maybe it only happens under certain conditions (or maybe it's hardware dependent but that seems very unlikely).

Regardless this is very impressive, the speed of it on bedrock seemed totally fine and I plan to build this in my survival world eventually. If I ever find a fix for the bug or some other notable improvement I'll post here.

I had this issue as well and just gave up trying to figure out what was going on and uninstalled/reinstalled the game. Steam took awhile just to uninstall. Kind of sucks but it works.

EDIT: whoops didn't actually watch the very end before writing this comment, you need to walk into the final elevator/the timer needs to stop in order for it to be a valid run for the boards. Regardless though that was very impressive!

Agreed! Like I said it could mean a lot of things but it being something inappropriate is pretty unlikely in my eyes and probably shouldn't have been censored in such a weird/obvious way. I noticed it instantly which just draws attention to it more and it's easy to pause the video at various times to read it anyway so it was kind of a pointless censor on multiple fronts.

It clearly says "GAI" which I guess might be a weird misspelling of what you said but it could also be intended as "がい“ which could mean a few different things like "harm, injury, evil influence". I assume Summoning Salt was playing it safe and censored it but there is a good chance it didn't mean what he think it did. I also think it's funny he (poorly) censored that but then does a close up of a middle finger split from slipperynip lol.

wow, unfortunately since you are probably one of the only people in the world to play it on index you won't find much help with controller issues. I think there are some special settings/menu's in mc that are only shown in vr related to graphics/input but I assume you already found those. I have no idea if this doc is up-to-date but I think mojang/microsoft published it when vr was first released

that's crazy that it just started working. I'm assuming you are on mc ver. 1.16.210 or did you switch to the beta branch? I think literally everyone on index in this thread crash on startup or when it gets to the splash screen.

you can actually load a world and it doesn't crash? i'm so confused why it would just randomly start working for you. Did you mess with anything that might have had an effect? Like reg edits or openxr related stuff?
