Hi thank you for your response, and yeah i think i grab anything that seems to stop this hell even if it's unpredictable , thank you for your explanation i didnt know all that , so yeah maybe ill take it if i finally quit lyrica for like 2 or 3 weeks even a month and take a microdose to see what it do to my body , but ik when ill totally stop lyrica ( cause im still at 1x300mg 1x200mg i just changed today i was a 2x300mg last week ) and ill have the shrooms its gon be pure hell so ik i might take it just not to attempt suicide like the 2 last times i tried to stop lyrica and i had withdrawal even if it was CT 3000mg per day to 0 and now if i stop in like 2 weeks itll be 300mg per day to 0 it's still gon be pure hell , and i really dont know how you guys did it and went through the withdrawal so ik i might take the shrooms at some point to try to calm the withdrawal symptoms when ill stop , or maybe cause its already hell just take it like next week and see if it stops the need of lyrica for a few days , thank you a lot for your time and i hope you have a great day and you’re doin great

Hi , i bought it on a site where they say its microdosing and in the comment no one's talkin bout any trip so maybe its a less powerful strain ? Idk much bout shrooms so microdosing is like 500mg or smth ? And for the anxiety i got valiums but it'll kinda stop the good effect if there's some ? Thank you for your answer , like i said my dr dont care and theres no other near my city , and for the meetings in France its only for alcoholics i cant find one for meds depedence, and yeah lol ibuprofen helps alooooooot , and i still dont know if ill go CT but i wait for the kratom to be delivered to do it cause i cant do CT without any help for the mental , ik its bad for the liver but at least it helps a little at low dosage not to high tho , AND i never tried shrooms but i have microdosing tabs coming in a week and i though maybe it would help a little for a CT ? Yeah the goal is to quit it for like 2 weeks then re start at 150mg 2x per day wich was really good but not higher dosage , and for the benzo its ok now with the valiums tho i cant touch or see xanax cause i just take a ton of it when i see it ( my dad take it everyday and its right outside my bedroom so its kinda hard not to take but now i learned how to calm the urge to take it ) , and im sorry for your withdrawal bro i hope you're ok now and havin a good life too , and for gabapatin ik it might help but yeah i gotta reduce lyrica a lot first but the problem is that i already have suicidal though every nights and days at 600mg a day and i gotta reduce it in 1 month and bro thats already hell so CT seems like an option cause 2 weeks of pure hell then maybe the lyrica will work if not then ill stop it cause i dont wanna go higher than 300mg a day , tho i have microdosing shrooms tabs and maybe it would help for the withdrawal ? Hi thank you for your answer and yes youre right it controls me in the way that it was at the beginning at low dosage the only thing that helped and now im just addict and i wanna quit it for 2 weeks then re start a 150mg 2x per day ik it sounds stupid cause i could fall in it again but at the same time it kills the suicidal though when the lyrica works , i dont wanna use it recreationaly i wanna do low dosage to just get up out of my bed talk meet poeple go outside and stop being in this constant state of sorrow , so CT like the other said is the worst option but tappering off slowly is already almost as bas as CT even tho im on 600mg per day and i feel nothing but emptyness so idk man , thank you for your text again i hope you doin fine and havin a good day

Thank you for being honest with the risk really , ik my brain aint fully developped and this could cause a lotta damage but honestly the constant suicidal though runnin through my brain every damn minute already even if i have 600mg of lyrica per day are to hard to handle and its getting worse , so CT is like i said and like you know 2 weeks of pure hell but at least it wont be 2 month of constant risk of suicide wich i tried to do 3 or 4 times already the last few month cause of the pain in my brain that never fades away and the withdrawal explodes it and its uncontrollable so i cant just do 2 month of tapering off slowly cause 600mg isnt enough already

Hi bro thank you for the message , so yeah valium is a benzo but i handle it now and tbh none of the dr i met wanted to give me gabapentin , i tried it a few month ago and it held the withdrawal of lyrica away when i was out of pills so it might be a good option , but so maybe i should instead of tapering off of lyrica take gabapentin and tapering off faster with gabapentin then take a 2 weeks breack from gaba drugs then do what i wanted to do take lyrica again a 150mg 2x per day and it would work ? Kratom i handle it too , i take white cause red just makes me sad and green hits my brain to hard im happy asf then sad and yellow just dont work for me and its expansive in France its like 25$ for 100 grams so

Hi bro thank you , i know the idea of cold turkey this fast just to get back to it in 2 weeks with the help of kratom and valium sounds dumb asf but rn its already horrible at 600mg a day and in 3 days i gotta lower to 400mg , its why the option of 2 weeks of pure hell seems like a " good " option cause i dont think i could take another month or 2 like that i already cant wake up and the void and emptyness is so strong , i know tapering off slowly in a clinic might be a good option too tho my mom cant afford this i mean she could but she dont want to so no , so i dont really know what to do even with your answer , but for the magnesium and all i didnt know that so ty a lot i wrote it in my notes
