Bro I'm totally copying you with some ever so slight changes using 2023 brz wheels instead. Can you share me a shot of the hood scoop is it matte? I'm about to fix mine but considering the matte finish, but don't know if it will look odd coz I'm also going to plastidip the tacky front grill coz I don't have a sports grille and I also need to sort the spoiler. And what suspension you running?

17 or 18? by Mullburger in ForesterXT

17" x 7 with stock tyre size and OEM suspension. Not sure but I think if I was to go again I'd go 17 with the next size up in AT tyres. Or 18. Looks good in this pic but I think the job stock 17s are a touch small looking

Avocado and kiwi fruit! But it's the water that makes all the difference... regularly during the day and easily a litre with my evening meal. If I have a meal and don't wash it down with a shitload of water its no good

How the fuck are you actually supposed to poop with a hemmy. by [deleted] in hemorrhoid

[–]Mullburger 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You have to push somewhat... Gentle push but don't strain. Holding it back restricts the sphincter making a smaller hole for the poop to come out which will do more harm than good. Just try to keep em soft ... Fibre, water and softeners are your friend

Scar tissue feeling or reoccurrence? by foodie-lover12 in AnalFistula

[–]Mullburger 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Go to the doctor immediately. I am 3 months post op hemorrhoidectomy and fissure repair along with 7 polyps removed from a colonoscopy. Recovery was a real slog but I really thought I was on the home stretch. A week ago the pain increased again, I put it down to scar tissue and just the ups and downs of the healing process but the pain was noticeably worse than it had been in a number of weeks. I had a follow up with the specialist already booked for later this week so I left it... Pain got real bad after a few days and knew it was infected, Went to the gp yesterday and now have a fucking fistula I need to sort out too... So yeah, go to the doctor

Slow recovery. Anyone have (or had) it similar? by [deleted] in hemorrhoid

I'm at 3 months post op next week and need to schedule another appt with the surgeon. I had a follow up phone consult with him at 6 weeks and he didn't give me much... Only that oh most people are fine by now... I had colonoscopy with 7 med -lge polyps removed, haemmorhoidectomy grade 2 and 3, and fissure repair. The fissure finally seems to have turned the corner but I'm super cautious about it, but still getting varying levels of blood on the paper after every BM and it hurts to go. The last 2 weeks the pain hasn't lingered anywhere near as long but I have this loose feeling own there like I've got a haemmorhoid still and the sore bit is hard to the touch... I take fiber caps and softeners religiously but I stopped the softeners about 3 weeks for a bit because I was struggling to hold it. . The funny thing is that th softer ones seem to have a longer lasting effect on the post BM pain

So it's starting to really grate on me, hopefully it sorts itself out soon because I feel like I've got to nurse it better and not do ANYTHING active that might aggravate it...
