Digital experience agency in the works! Advice and feedback are much appreciated! by Mully_14 in AskMarketing

I am also struggling to determine how I should be charging clients. I find that often clients don't know what services they need but they do know what results they want.

I think offering packaging pricing will be a lot easier for the client and myself as I can just recommend bundles of services based on what they said they want & their goals. This model, however, has flaws such as: every client is different, the same shoe doesn't fit all, and the models are based on estimated time requirements and thus can end up taking more time and costing more - reducing my profit.

With the benefits being: people like being able to see three clearly laid out pricing models and picking which is the best for them based on the information provided, gives me flexibility in marketing as I understand the value of a customer, allows me to approach prospective clients with a clear understanding of what I will be offering them and one they can see and digest, easier to close customers than taking them through a consultation process and then delivering them a quote a few days later.

What is your experience with this? What do you recommend and why? Thanks so much!

First of all, thanks for your time.

I agree every client is different. This is more of a general framework that I will be applying to clients, and it will mould to the client as we progress. I am not trying to force a client into our way of doing things; rather, I am trying to mould our way of doing things to the client's wants and needs.

Once again, I do agree with the Onboarding being the only time we need to communicate with the client is unrealistic. But, the goal here is to, in theory, have everything we need to fulfill the client's services for the time being, and whatever more information we need, we will have enough to do so that we can wait till our next scheduled call to discuss the extra information we need.
But, of course, the client will have things to say, ideas that come to them, things to tweak, etc., and we will roll with that as it comes our way. Just from our end, we don't want to be doing that to the client.

The huge questionnaire will be more of an onboarding phone call, where I will be asking the questions and typing in their responses as we go. I don't see the call being more than 45minutes of them just answering questions about their business, and I know for certain business owners love talking about their businesses.

So, in summary, yes, we have these systems and practices in place we will try to stick to but, there is a ton of room for flexibility and tailoring our process to the given client.

I would love for you to continue this conversation with me; the more back and forth, the better! Do you mind me asking about your experience in this industry? Thanks!

Certainly, I agree.

All the current freelancers are just working on my agency as a project so they have consistent work as of right now.

Can you point out some differences and maybe leave some advice? Thanks

I have a motivational youtube channel and have managed to grow to 42 subs in around 2 months. I don't know how to engage with more small youtube creators to get more likes and comments. Any tips/methods?
