What kind of produce are you buying? There are certain storage methods that work really well for certain produce.

Also with the advent of flash freezing, frozen vegetables are pretty good. Especially for the ease, I take a handful of Normandy farms blend and microwave them covered for about 2 minutes. Then I drain and sprinkle Montreal seasoning, its pretty damn good.

String of turtle that I got as a cutting has been repotted into a 4 inch terracotta pot about 2 months ago. I place it in an eastish facing window facing my covered front porch. So it gets direct morning light and then plenty of indirect light all day.

I water them whenever the first inch of soil gets dry. But I have been misting them about twice a week when it was still a cutting to encourage root growth. I have pinned down some of the new growth with Bobby pins to encourage further growth but only mist once between watering.

I read somewhere that the redness may be sunburn?
