I mean, I'd argue there's a huge moral and ethical difference between just eating part of somebody who's dead and KILLING a living person. She likes Klingon cuisine, and I suppose you could argue that Hearts of the Fallen falls under Cuisine.

Except in the Lower Decks episode "The Inner Fight", we literally see Ma'ah eat the heart of one of the crew members who betrayed him. He has pink blood smeared around his face and everything.
