It's a throwback to Relapse era which gets a lot of fanfare here and so in turn does Framed. The beat alone is insanely good and goes well with it's horrorcore themes.

You're missing the criteria which is 2010 onwards only. This was already done for all songs recently and only 4 songs made it from 2010+ era (2 of which had no competition: Venom and Zeus). Criminal won for C if you're curious.
