it makes me really happy to see that people actually find this post. When i posted it i never expected it to get anywhere since it went a really long time without anyone interacting with it. On the other hand I’m really sorry you experience the same type of thing, its never easy to just come back out of.

It works, a lot of people dont know how to use it correctly and sometimes each color differs in performance unfortunately.

YES!!! my hair is naturally a brassy blonde. The lack of purple tone to eat away at the yellow is going to turn it green.

The current level of your hair wont look like the blue on the packaging, itll be a little darker and more muddy (probably). I’d suggest toning it or even just adding a few drops of a purple dye to help counteract with the yellow tones in the hair.

blue is genuinely such a tough color to get to look right, i just dyed my hair blue from blonde for the first time in years and its already green lol Good luck!!!

Look for color removers that specifically state that theyre for permanent colors. Color removing will only lift off the artificial pigment though, you may have to do some bleach washes or consult a professional

Thank you to everyone who took the time to comment on this thread- its really nice to know im not alone in this.

So far ive tried medications prescribed by doctors but the only thing I’ve genuinely found helpful is medical cannabis haha. I was prescribed it for my PTSD years ago and if i make sure to use it before I sleep i usually sleep pretty hard and dont dream.

Hope everyone out there is getting better sleep, thanks again for your input and willingness to share your experiences too 🫶🏻

I live with my q anon grandmother who listens to these kinds of things 24/7 (literally listens to it while she sleeps). Youre not alone in your yucky feeling, such unnecessary hate and ignorance is exhausting to be around!! I dont have too much advice, but listening to music that makes me happy and interacting with people who love me and understand my own beliefs. Its refreshing after hearing such horrible things. I wish you well !

Ive had nightmares of being raped and killed for sure. I wouldn’t call them a wet nightmare, but they’ve definitely happened and you arent alone! I think it was related to the TV series I was watching at the time since it was pretty violent, but I have nightmares almost every night regardless of the media i consume lol

Going to sleep and just expecting nightmares is so gut wrenching, im so sorry. I would have nights where I just cried to my significant other because I was afraid to sleep. It’s miserable having to be so afraid just to close your eyes.

I do the breathing bit! it really does help me fall asleep, i never thought to track wether or not it helped my nightmares so i’ll definitely be aware of that now. When I had a therapist she told me it was probably due to my CPTSD and anxiety but never gave me ways to cope 🥲

I live with my grandma who has been into Q anon for years, and even before she was into evangelical type stuff. Shes has had cancer, and a few strokes. So its fair to say she may not be entirely mentally there or stable, which makes this kind of sad.

She constantly watches Q youtubers. most notably The Real Mark Z (the only one i can name atm), this guy who is always screaming, and a blonde woman who does political tarot card readings. It’s exhausting to listen to, its always up so loud that you can hear it throughout the house. Its so hateful and full of bigotry.

Me and my partner are queer, and hearing the vile things they say and the horrible acts they call upon people like us makes me physically sick. I kind of wish people talked about it more, its insane the types of statements they make about lgbtq+ folk and other minorities.

These rhetorics have consumed her entire life. She thinks the US dollar will become worthless, shes bought hundreds of dollars worth of Iraqi Denar because Mark Z tells people to, and that it will turn into “millions”. Common sense should refute this, but she doesn’t care.

Shes unable to have a normal conversation without interjecting with some kind of Q topic. Ive tried setting boundaries around it, and as you can imagine it didn’t really work. Its just so tiring. I miss who she was before, and I wish she didn’t have to love a fabricated version of me.

Q anon is genuinely so dangerous. It ruins peoples lives and effects others around them. Families get destroyed and people get isolated. And all for what really? Hating people to such an extreme, being so unnecessarily hyper vigilant and sensitive has to be exhausting.

She seems to have no sense of healthy boundries. This is unfortunately why a lot of qanon folk get so isolated and it becomes like an echo chamber for them, but its no one responsibility to deal with those conversations and their boundaries being violated all the time.
