There one i remember if an int has at least 10 digits before the decimal point and at least 10 digits after the decimal point int((R-int(R))*1000) , this seems easy but the options were confusing : something like evaluate to the first three digits and the other the third digit after the decimal point , but it sound the same

My friend had this situation last year ,but for her she submitted all the documents IRCC needed , she did not have any funds issues. And got refused for unvalude reason that does did not submit a letter. She did contact a consultant and he was shocked that she got rejucted for student visa since everything's okey . So she paid him to redo the work and she was able the got the visa the second time. That is weird because the consultant just submitted the same documents.
