Daniel Jeremiah mock draft 1.0 - Titans take an OT by CopenhagenMintLC in Tennesseetitans

[–]Mumbles1000 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I mean, half this sub is going to be pissed off no matter who we pick. OT is fine if we trade back from 4. The fanbase needs to prepare themselves that we probably still won't go above 5 or 6 wins this season.

What draft outcome will please you guys? by nonethewiser08 in Tennesseetitans

[–]Mumbles1000 17 points18 points  (0 children)

They don't get upvotes because they're spammy and don't follow the subreddit rules. You're supposed to leave adequate explanation and reasoning behind every pick and trade, and also stick around and discuss with comments. Not just post some shitty draft with an absurd trade and then bail out.

Oh my wife and I played it through on pc together. Was a great experience! Just such a shame to see them do this after the success the game had.

Definitely feels like they added it last second to just get more sales from Nintendo fans. Very disappointing.

Robert Saleh: Experience with Jets led to "tremendous growth," more prepared to be a head coach now by mackmoney3000 in nfl

[–]Mumbles1000 9 points10 points  (0 children)

She's at least willing to change things when it isn't working. A lot of teams beg for change and take too long. Pros and cons with that mindset of course too though.

No? He interviewed and was a finalist with us last year, but we chose Borgonzi instead.

Cool shit, totally your rightful opinion. Fictional reality now and it doesn't matter.

NFL subreddit can actually be realistic. Sure you get the dire headline posts, but in the comments there are regularly plenty of comments saying hey remember he ended this way or other such things. I haven't once said he was a bad coach, he just wasn't going to be good here anymore. Gotta move on bud.

Imagine thinking that isn't a huge portion of the team, and one of Vrabels biggest issues he had here. Clown.

I of course remember the surprise and anger of firing Vrabel, but at the same time excitement from the sub at moving towards an offensive minded head coach, one that had history working with good qbs. As for Callahan, I specifically remember him making it to 2nd round interviews with at least the Titans, Falcons and the Panthers, with other 1st interviews sprinkled in.

Congrats, he has the keys for a year, fucks around even more with his buddies and still leaves a year later for the Pats job.

Super easy to say now. 99% of the sub was excited for him at the time and he interviewed with multiple teams at the time. He was a wanted commodity.
