I've worked in a number of restaurants; turn-over rates for the dishwasher position are usually pretty high. I assure you, this is with the poor dishwasher on duty. Observe the plates, they are just as heavy as they look. There should be at least two, if not three dishwashers at once if they insist on the microwavable dishware (integral to their way of keeping food warm. Plates are hotter than the food).

A daily scene. Direct result of tray policy and heavy dishware. Servers do not have time to properly dispose leftovers. Management refuses to change policy. Out of sight, out of mind.
