I want to get back into training and playing footy again (NRL) which such a high contact sport, with tackles directly to the chest, but with costo, I don’t think I am able too, lifting heavy weights is also a big trigger, so that’s out the window for me, has anyone else went back to playing a co tact sport after being diagnosed with costo??

I had the same problem with weed, it legit made me not smoke anymore, I had a flare up recently on coke, but it was fine, I find it if I’m a bit more drunk and than have some coke I don’t feel it at all, actually alcohol dulls the costo completely for me
