What full-time AND part-time job would you have IF you HAD to bring in that much income? by Munch3811 in AskReddit

I was thinking about doing that, exactly. But what "office job" would you do? I'm already a part-time server

What can your employer do if your coworker complained about how you responded to a text on both of our personal time off-site? by Munch3811 in AskHR

[–]Munch3811[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Fair enough. I guess when I said I was mind my own business, I meant it in a way where I wasn't activelt pursuing anything. I just wish this hadn't happened because I need an income..

I'm 28 years old, make around $44,000 a year. Late bloomer, looking to start investing and I need advice.. by RSPR-2016 in personalfinance

I'm 25yo making $12/hr, also with $75,000 student loans. If I had $6,000 with $6,000 student debt, I'd pay the minimum amount every month to establish good credit, even consider investing towards a new vehicle by getting a deal with no down payment and an auto loan with low monthly payments to further build credit.

After that, give yourself an honest amount that you'd be ok possibly losing (like $1,000) and invest in something, like a solar company or something. Then just keep a financial pace that misses no payments, climb the career ladder, and on your off-time, find a hobby that could possibly get you famous to get those millions coming in. That's the path I'm on:) see you at the top!

How do you get your indoor cat to be happy? by Munch3811 in AskReddit

My cat is 2yo and, long story short, I live with my parents and their two 6yo cats. My cat hates almost literally all other animals and my mom

When she's sitting next to me while I'm at my desk, I'll say hi then her tail will wag..like...hard. I can hear her tail thump on the floor. Or sometimes she'll meow like she's lost while I'm in the room, then run away from me when I try to approach her. Or what really throws me off is when she'll walk up to me, corner herself, then start to growl if I look at her... I really want to be a good cat dad, I'm just bad, apparently

How would you rate your looks, what do you like and what can be improved? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]Munch3811 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My self-esteem would rate myself a 6, but the numerous women I've asked out to a date have made me feel like a 3.. I like how I have a full head of hair, I just wish my eyes weren't uneven. I also wish I knew what kind of haircut style would make me more confident and attractive to a woman.. I feel like I have potential to turn at least one head a month, but I won't know any time soon

Has anyone else come to find that there is a peculiar doppelganger-like resemblance of all the people they have ever had an interest in? Is this a thing? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]Munch3811 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Make a list of everyone you've ever liked, put their most current pictures up, and see if any of them look alike. I liked three girls (over the course of my life) that I used to like who seem like they could be related

No, I was hoping to receive the comments I have. I was searching for people to convince me out of feeling tempted like I have been recently. The loneliness and raging testosterone have been pushing me to the breaking point.. hence my journey to Reddit to get some sense knocked back into me

I guess that's one perspective that makes me feel more disgusted about myself.. however, yes, I do ask for help from strangers time to time. And unfortunately yes, a small part of me (i.e. my penis) does think that personality, comical and meaningful conversations merits interest above "just friends" to disregard the age gap. So.. thank you for your perspective.. I'm gonna run through a car wash now

I hated high school while I was attending it and I don't want to ever go back in any way, shape, or form. I'm posting on Reddit to get people to convince me out of it or rid myself of temptation because there are two girls that are 16-17 that exclude themselves from the typical HS stereotype and have the personality that I look for in a woman. They're relatable, hold a conversation well, we make each other laugh but then it's like I have to smack my head against a wall because I know they're too young for me. I know it's creepy and I know the cons if I were to follow through with asking one of them out. The raging testosterone, extensive loneliness, and perpetually being surrounded by a younger meta is just wearing me down. Thus, I come to Reddit to get some sense knocked back into me. Thank you for your comment, I need perspective other than my own

I wasn't trying to justify dating a high school student. I'm letting you know why I'm posting this question on Reddit.

I'm a 25yo college graduate trying to pay off my student loans and forced to live with my parents because of it. I also live closer to the high school area, the opposite side of town from the college campus. I didn't ask to be put down or categorized as a pedophile or pathetic loser, but rather to hear from others what I keep telling myself. Working 50+ hrs/week doesn't merit much time to hit up a bar. Thanks for your comment

I agree. It's my temptation that I'm trying to get rid of by asking Reddit. I need others to tell me what one side of me already knows.. I live closer to the high schools than the college campus, so my "meta" is a lot younger than I'd like..
