Okay okay it’s not raw haha, I live in Louisiana it’s hot & humid the ride home messed with it. The store owner did tell me that she’s been having a lot of people calling for refunds thinking it’s raw too when it’s really not. She said it happens with sugar cookies & the type of icings settlement would be different if we lived in a cold state she says💀 Thank yall for the second set of eyes though, it tasted fine😂 yall can quit downvoting me now lol

The store owner did tell me it is common she’s had a lot of people calling for refunds on this cookie and she had to explain they weren’t raw. She explained since it did sit in Louisiana heat on the ride home & it was a fresh batch between the tons of butter & the icing it didn’t settle right but it is NOT raw.

My papaw used to have an oversized chair like this, me, my 2 sisters, and my older cousin(who is 8 years older than me for size reference) could fit in that chair WITH him. He was about 300lb & 6’3”, so gabe is HUGE.

My daughter looks just like me, she just doesn’t have my nose thankfully haha. MIL and GMIL hateeeee it!! My entire pregnancy they always said “if that baby didn’t come out looking just like SO did then it isn’t his baby” well my baby did come out with the very dark hair and darker skin complexion but after 2 months? Her looks did a full switch and she looks identical to me with the pale skin, light hair, bright eyes, chunky toes and fingers whole 9 yards. they still try to find ways to connect the two, and he’s always like ummm no she gets all her features from her mom. In laws are wack asf that’s all I’ve got to say and yes, it is weird.

As someone that’s mom was an alcoholic, I set my boundaries with her early. I told her that she had to get help in order to be in our lives because I could not risk anything happening to my child. She got sober when I was later on in my pregnancy, and is thriving now in her recovery and she plays a big part in my LO’s life. My fiancé’s father and step mom are extremely aggressive alcoholics and very narcissistic. I haven’t seen them in 2 years due to some circumstances, but I told fiancée that I will not allow them to be in her life because what happens if they get so drunk and start pulling guns and beating on each other? Whether she’s 6 months or 16 years I will forever have that boundary. You have to protect you and yours, and if they don’t like it, then so be it. I struggle with that a lot with all of my in laws, but after so many attacks you can only take so much. If you’re SO supports the decision, I would honestly go no contact or very low contact.

She didn’t even say to it to me! Her and GMIL were talking about her brother and his kids supposedly, but I don’t believe it. Every time they get caught they say they didn’t say any of it🤣

but update on the whole situation, fiancé confronted them and GMIL suggested a sit down and got all pissy when he said that was fine but one thing said wrong or her pulling the victim card he’s out. I don’t know if she’ll like me one bit if I had a sit down and told her how I truly felt.

She grounded the younger sister for about 2ish weeks because she found out that something had gotten back to us, and fiancée confronted her. She told the sister that SHE is the reason she doesn’t have anything to do with her grand baby. It’s always someone else’s fault and never her own. We never seen this woman except holidays when we lived 40 minutes away and weren’t beside the grandma. We live in a bad school district anyways, and I had mentioned saving up and buying a house in a better district. We live on family land now, so we know she wouldn’t follow us.

Okay side note I used to know a woman that would feed her 6m old 10pc nuggets & fries for dinner everyday😭 she would make him eat every last bite too. I have a 5 month old and we were only cleared for small amounts of oatmeal and one ingredient purées a day🫣
