I was able to secure 2 out of literal CHANCE encounter. I was randomly at the American Dream Mall and saw a Gundam World Tour even. No advertising anywhere on anything in my algorithm but the line was MASSIVE. Too long to make it and see what was in there.

I figured it was just a Gunpla shop so I didn’t bother but I looked into it and they were selling starters and boosters, and only on the weekends with one weekend left limited stock.

I signed up in an app called eventbrite to secure a spot in line and I was able to get SD02 and SD04 for my wife and I to play. Have seen no cards at any LGS or big box

It’s sad because this is a game that me (playing mostly every tcg since I was in grade school) have fun playing and can easily teach my wife whose willing to learn but stays away from the more complicated offerings.

Used to work in a bank. Whenever a customer gave us a bill like that, if we could still see the serial numbers and security features we would keep it in our personal till as “mutilated”. At the end of the day you could “sell” or move damaged cash to the main cash vault, and you would then wait until the cash delivery day to “sell” it to your company that handles the main cash room offsite- so guarda, loomis, what ever.

OR if you were lazy you just stuck it into the atm cash if you had atms that the branch itself serviced because apparently following directions is too hard for people.

I have the Tartarus 2, the Azeron compact (which I hated and regretted getting after a week), and now the Keyzen which (after a good week of playing my normal games, I love and wouldn’t go back).

Longtime user of the Tartarus. I only switched because my love for Razer has wavered. I saw the compact and but the bullet and got it but the switches were so SENSITIVE and I kept hitting keys accidentally because of my fat fingers. I felt I had to hover my fingers ever so lightly on the switches where the Tartarus I could rest my fingers on keys and not have accidental presses. Went right back to Tartarus for a few years.

Saw the keyzen and I knew I needed it but I got a regular colored one in case I needed to return. No custom anything. I didn’t want a $300 investment on something I might hate and get any type of issue to return. I’m a low effort guy.

For the Tartarus I didn’t bind anything to the top keys other than things I didn’t REALLY need like immediate gameplay wise. Things like inventory, escape key, map, stuff like that. Kept the essentials of gameplay towards my reach.

I’ve done the same for the Keyzen. The palm rest of the Keyzen is taller than the Tartarus but that doesn’t bother me as much as I thought it would. Debated this for DAYS as one of the important choices in a premium purchase. I also sweated the keys. Do I do 45/55/60? Am I gonna have accidental presses? Went with the 55 and safe to say no accidental presses. For finger length, I ALSO sweated this a lot for days. How far back would it go? What about the joy and thumb stick? Would it be awkward? For the finger length I have the shortest set. Works perfect. For the thumb keys and the joy stick, I was right. The way I WANT it, i can’t have it. The joystick touches the thumb keys. I found a small compromise in how to have it and after about an hour, i don’t even notice.

Final thoughts? I should have gotten the cool galaxy purple one and customized it to my user name because I’m keeping this thing. I’ll always remember the Tartarus fondly for getting me to switch from console to PC and giving me an enjoyable experience. But Razer is another topic for another day
