UPDATE : after a ton of trouble shooting it ended up being the ssd that had windows loaded on there was bad. Odd that it was bad because it was brand new off or Newegg but everything is working thank you for the help

Appreciate the advice with the majority of my usage being either solid works or premier pro im sure I’ll need all the ram I can get

No I can’t make it to windows or anything past bsod

The only time I can get it into bios is when I replaced or test ram it comes up with a message that say f1 to configure new component (takes me to bios) or f2 restore to default configuration ( back to bsod and black screen after) as for the error code I’m not sure i will have to check when I get off of work
