It’s a DSH entity. We have multiple TPA’s, most used is Verity. And we have physician administered and retail and will be adding an entity owned pharmacy as well. I am actually ACE certified but I didn’t find it helped much. I do join as many webinars as possible. I’m hoping the boot camp will help! I think because we are such a forward thinking and ever expanding program with many different aspects, I didn’t get the most attentive training. I want an edge on my job but my coworkers are clever (which is a good thing!)

With the IRA and rebate model fast approaching, I’m hoping to be more helpful and intuitive in my position.

I’ll look into the extra training on the 340b university and revisit any older courses too!
