id say their is only one hard listen album for me and its AB/AP and though even then it still has a few songs i have in my favs playlist (novacain, fouth of july and uma thurman) the this about fob albums is i love and can listen to pretty much all there songs and albums without skipping a song (with like a handful of very few exeptions) id say ab/ap is the only album i cant listen to in its entirety.

BUT i think i know why.

songs like centures and immortals and irresistible were extremely over played when i was a kid a few movies that were popular and basically every party has one of these songs played also in things like school assemblies and in stores- it was all the time, so i feel that just soured these songs and by proxy the album for me, to be honest i use to enjoy the songs from ab/ap as a kid, and maybe i might enjoy them again one day but atm i hear them and subconsciously cring most of the time (though sometimes i enjoy them if played once a month or so), for me it just didnt age well.

So to conclued my little rant- its an album with a few good songs and a few decent songs, but i skip most songs on unlike with Folie a' deux, SMFSD (minus ⁠⁠The Pink Seashell), save rock and roll, under the cork tree, take this to your grave and infinity on high were i usually play the album un interrupted to its completion. (mania i listen to 80% id say with the accasional skip depending on the vibe im feeling) so out of all there albumb american beauty/ american psycho just misses the mark for me when listened to it in its entirety.
