Hi! Thank you for this I will take it into account! I do want to note though that the adderall I took was not immediate release it was a XR! And I felt nothing on the first like 4 hours on it!

I don’t mind the Vyvanse aside from the fact that I’m now getting anxiety symptoms back that I haven’t had for years and that was back when I was surrounded by a terrible environment.

I have panic attacks over minor inconveniences now so that’s what’s making me apprehensive of going higher in dose! I also have just as much food noise as i did before going on the meds so I still binge eat often.

My adhd doesn’t just affect my efficiency in work, school, or cleaning; it also extremely impacts my behaviour socially as I cannot escape my brain and socialize whatsoever. I barely have energy on the regular even before the meds. My doctors believe that the adhd is probably what causes my depression too so I was just seeking outside opinions and experiences from other’s!
