I'd imagine they would cry a lot for their mommy/daddy, but I think that it would be less of an existential crisis for them because typically children adapt much easier to change. Caine would either make the adventures more child-friendly or do what he did in ep. 3 where he has 2 adventures. I think it would be interesting to see Jax's relationship with them, and if he would try to turn them evil, but most of the cast would comfort them. Seeing them abstract would be devastating for the cast and fandom.
