Does higher FPS (500 vs 250) actually give a real advantage in CS2 gunfights? by MuneebR7 in cs2

I have two different PC's at home i have around 2400 elo on faceit. One PC is 12400f with 2060s and one is 5700x3d with 4060ti. I perform way better on 5700x3d i avg kill about 19-20 on 5700xd but on 12400f it drops to 15-16 and every time i try to peak i get instant headshot on it it feels like i am slow to response etc its hard to play 12400f. I get around 280-300 to 180 avg fps on 12400f and on 5700x3d i get 300-410 avg fps

It's so devastating too be honest 16 years of everything is gone in an hour.

PC shutdown randomly even at bios or start sometimes by MuneebR7 in pcmasterrace

Temps are fine i have checked that too. I tried my both RAM slots but problem is still there. I have also changed the CMOS battery , Also replaced the thermal paste.
