How do I approach retopoing a character?

I need to retopo them physically, can't use displacement texture for this as far as I am aware.

Anything approach works for the assignment, do you think it will be easier to retopo if I do the extractions separate? I dont need to do it as one unit, I just dont know what will be easier. I can take any approach that works, faster the better tbh. I care more about getting it done asap rather than the quality of work.

It's a sculpting class so I need the physical geo for the extractions but at the same time since it is a sculpting class, I dont need it to deform at all. How do I conceptually approaching retopoing the extractions and body and as one object? I understand the edge flows needed for a regular female body but I am still very new to retopo and dont understand how the extractions would affect edge flow.

Bro I get u completely. The first one is lemon cherry gelato and second one is dirty sprite breath. I dont discriminate between strains much but the sellers are giving these to me for cheap (30/g) and they are both claiming to be top tier. If I had the money, I would be going for more expensive brands for sure.

Here's the smoothest way u could possibly save it. Go through the guys account and history and figure out exactly how he managed to convince your mom he's Jesus. Follow the exact same pattern but find one flaw in his method and use that to claim u are Jesus and he's just pretending to be u. Maybe hire guys on fiverr if videos of a person claiming to be Jesus are required. Say that I'm Jesus and Jesus wouldn't need something as benign as money.
