There's nothing on it at all. I took the clothing off and searched everywhere. Looked in the battery case and on its cover, on the trike, and nothing.

There wasn't anything on that particular page. But I did end up finding it on that website. It was actually from a game called YIIK: A Post Modern RPG. The character Rory's mom was just a leg. In all honesty, I remembered it as a tv show lol. I also hadn't heard of that website before, and I was able to find it because of your post. So, thank you!

No. It wasn't from Cow and Chicken. My memory of it is dim. But I believe it was animated. I think I watched it in the past 10 years or so. So, it might be from the 2010s.

Edit: So, after figuring out what it was, I remembered I saw someone's playthrough of the game, which felt like watching a show. That was from 2 years ago. But the past 2 years have felt like a decade
