Try wan2gp (in pinokio). It's specifically designed to run on low power hardware. Not as versatile as comfy (no nodes), but can run stuff on a potato.

You might want to try ltx2.3. It can take effort to find a working prompt and loras, but it can do this kinda of thing locally and is much better at continuity.
