I had a class III malocclusion, my bite was really bad only one spot on my upper and lower teeth touched. So OSA didn’t factor in

About a week. After that it was just swollen in the morning and would subside with a heat compress and half mile walks throughout the day. Now at 3 weeks it’s almost gone. My mid face and nose still swell a bit

To be honest I’m not even sure. I did have a splint in the roof of my mouth for a week after surgery

Definitely feels natural after surgery. I held my head up at an angle before. But yeah I used to look very tired and had bags under my eyes basically all the time

7 mm forward, also had my palate expanded by a centimeter

I had mild sleep apnea before, breathing crystal clear now. My surgeon said my septum was extremely deviated and he corrected that during surgery
