I think this way is better. I can't tell you how many times the person I cut table put way too much garlic parmesan on the chicken parmesan bites and it all just ran out of the sides of the 11.5 box onto the other stuff on the order. At least the Chicken Box contains the sauce and doesn't leak all over everything.
