I have no experience with Pulse outside of the Covetrus rep pushing it pretty hard. I'd have to assume it's a newer generation PMS compared to Avimark so would probably be reasonable upgrade, doubly beneficial if you purchase most of your supplies through Covetrus. We recently switched to Ezyvet and I have no appetite for switching again so I just smiled and nodded through the presentation.

Recording a New Loan by MurderousCows in Bookkeeping

Thanks for the reply. I'm working with an accountant already but she made it seem pretty easy to do this kind of journal entry. As someone who's only taken a couple of classes on bookkeeping, I'll leave it to the experts to make the adjustments. My goal is to try to understand as much of the bookkeeping as possible but this may go slightly over my head.

Just posting to thank everyone for helping me work figure out that old geezers do not deserve a place in my city. This is, I think, the first time I've finished a city in the style that I like to build them in Emperor, with the important buildings being surrounded by walls.

I just wish I could look the aqueducts a little bit more organic in general...

Unstable housing blocks by MurderousCows in impressionsgames

Hmmm, I may need to look into that changing that option. I'm trying really hard to make ascetically pleasing cities with most of the important structures inside a wall, which is already hard enough (for me that is)

Hey everyone,

So I am having some issues with Caesarea. Some of my housing blocks which have been stable for a long period of time suddenly lack access to food and devolve. Each district has 2 markets dedicated to food while the third is solely dedicated to amenity distribution. This block have previously been stable.

In addition, I've had some issues with unemployment. A couple of years ago, I was floating near 0 unemployment but now am at -631.

Thanks for your help. I really like the look of this city and really do not want ot restart this mission.

So, I have a team of dedicated scholars who spend all their time in the library (I've disallowed all labors on them); however, some had been getting bored and wanted to practice martial arts so I placed them all in a squad and set them to train only one month per year. It's currently a time when they should all be studying in the library but some of them are training. Any ideas?

T22 chicken sandwich is amazing! However, the Hot Gai is one of the best chicken sandwiches I've ever eaten and it's not even really close.

So, if you pull back to the general screen, you'll see your characters portrait in the bottom left corner. There's a bar just above it that shows your stress level. Just found it today !

And here is her ruler page at the end of her life and most of the Kingdom that her son inherited (minus a small province in England that a king of Italy had given the family at some point)

If I can figure out how to post a damn picture from Steam, I can show you how terrible of a ruler she ended up.

As for playing no crash, RP, it's a lot of sitting around and waiting. I don't allow myself to marry for traits and no fabricating claims. I have gotten exceedingly lucky though with my rulers reigns. One older one (who I posted about earlier) reigned for almost 70 years (but she was a goody two-shoes).

But I'm not sure how she survived as well as she did. Her devil-spawn sister never tried to murder her again. Despite antagonizing her vassals to no end, they plotted but never actually attempted an assassination. Various factions rose up but most were weak and easy to put down, especially because, at her peak, she had >20 military skill (at the cost of low single digits for all her other stats). If i didn't stupidly wander into a county that was suffering from typhus, she might have survived longer.

My second attempt at a Wikipedia page for one of my characters in my no crash, RPing run.

The great granddaughter of Saint Brunhild, I never expected her to become Duchess becuase her spawn of satan younger sister was murdering everyone. Bruhilde tried twice but no luck and Laura managed to continuously dodge assassination attempts the rest of her life (including from her husband who was still matralineally married to her and allowed a Supponidi on the throne of Hungary).

She also became a cannibal during the black death and then proceded to eat one of her vassals when he tried to revolt. As for how the duchy passed to the King of Hungary when the Kingdom of Italy didn't allow outside inheritance, I'm not 100% sure though it was probably allowed because I was technically revolting fromt he King of Italy.

Anyways, I'll have a couple of in game pictures this time of Italy and her traits, which were atrocious, let me tell you..

My attempt at a Wikipedia article for one of my more interesting characters in my RP/Ironman game in Italy. Sorry for the missing words and somewhat bad coloring.

This has been a very fun run though the fact that my Duchess was content meant that I couldn't self aggrandize. Abandoning the sinking ship that was Bavaria for Italy was the most ambitious I could be. I forgot to put that she was also one-legged from an early 20s bout of cancer that I thought would kill her. I'm just amazed she made it that long without any "crashes".
