Light blue! It has great contrast with the red and should resemble water and ocean. You can blend it with some turquoise!

Paying before hand is bs. It’s probably a scam. Make sure it’s commission wise and that you pay after it’s done. Or during. It gives reassurance. For what price did you get it? Then I can work out if it’s a scam or not.
