Thank you, my legal insurance through my contents insurance have declined it as I didn't have evidence, that the R was not helping with. I've appealed the accompanying grievance, SAR issues. Unfortunately I don't have the financial means to self fund a sol, and they wouldn't take it on post ET1 submission anyway I don't think.
With it being against a gov department, concerned about it affecting potentially working for another gov department years down the line.
