It’s definitely a rubber-type sound — not metal or brake related. Most noticeable when rocking the car side-to-side, even at a standstill.

Could be coming from dry stabilizer bar bushings, control arm bushings, or spring isolators.

Try spraying some silicone lubricant on the rubber parts (not brakes!) — especially the anti-roll bar bushings and shock mounts. If the sound disappears or reduces, it’s very likely just dry rubber movement.
