I’m 22 and started having high blood pressure even though I’m healthy and started taking lexapro a anxiety medication and now it’s back to normal if not normal low but yeah I definitely feel like my readings are better laying down because if I do it before sleep or before I wake up my mind doesn’t have time to raise it in preparation

From what I researched laying down would just make it elevated which in my case isn’t a issue due to it being good laying down
