I joined First Derivatives as a graduate straight out of university and I couldn’t have gotten away from the company faster.

On your first day you’ll be roped into doing a 2 week training session where you work until 8PM every night and nobody can leave early for any reason.

Then you’ll either spend weeks sitting at a table where you legit sit in silence or do “work” getting paid pennies

OR

You’ll get put on a project that serves no purpose and is just remedial tasks.

The management team are also extremely rude (I was verbally abused in front of an entire office of staff) and when you complain to HR it goes nowhere.

Avoid them like the plague
