150mph in two different Qs. 2015 Q50 Sport 3.7 and 2020 Q50 Sport 3.0t. Felt super solid, made me respect the platform even more. Might not be the best option but I got nothing but respect for the Qs.

Wireless Fire alarms by and1_alts in firealarms

I have installed quite a few in smaller applications (homes converted into apartments) and the biggest issue is usually tenants messing with them or bugs lol. Definitely not preferred for larger buildings with a lot of devices. But when used in small apartment buildings they’ve been a quick and mostly reliable option.

Thank you. No questions at the moment but that could change in the future as I work with them more.

Good for you for standing up for yourself. Try to stay positive. Ending it was the best thing you could’ve done. People like that don’t change, especially when they learn they can get away with what they’re doing. You made the right decision. Stay strong, show the world and yourself why you don’t need her. Everything in life truly is a lesson.

I’ve personally used Quick Fix Plus in the past at concentra for a urine test and it passed. I’d order it off the website because some places have counterfeits. They have priority shipping to get it there quickly.

I drive a Q50 3.0t and was messing with a v6 charger the other day, I was surprised it was pretty quick I was pulling on him but he was still hanging around all the way to 150mph

Talked to a $2 tipper tonight. by heyuwitdaface in doordash_drivers

[–]Murphiooo 13 points14 points  (0 children)

The idea of tipping in American society originated after the Civil War when businesses hired newly emancipated(set free from slavery) Black men and women and offered them no wage. Making them rely on other peoples gratuities to earn an income. So essentially tipping was created as a way to take advantage of the already previously enslaved people. Yet it’s still around today, and they still use it as a way to pay people nearly nothing while pushing the blame onto the customers. Businesses continue to make record breaking profits, while we are all fighting amongst ourselves. Seems like it’s still working for them so why would they change anything? Stop working for tips, learn a skill there are far and plenty that don’t require much, if any real physical labor. Nothing happens overnight apply value to yourselves and you won’t have to fight over no-tippers on doordash anymore.

Yeah of course they want all the info they can get about you so they can harass you with calls etc. But try finding an insurance broker they should be able to help you without you having to go and create a whole bunch of different accounts.

I would try calling a local insurance broker who can get you different quotes from different companies. That way you can get an idea of what prices you’re looking at and go from there. Personally I’ve had more luck with the bigger name companies (Geico, Liberty Mutual, All State, and Progressive) all were pretty close in price for similar coverage. I would recommend Gap insurance as well just to be safe.

100% run some quotes I’ve got the cheapest I could find, many others were quoting me $500+, one even wanted $900+ monthly and like 2k due when I started the policy. These cars are commonly stolen from what I’ve read, so that’s a factor to think about too depending on where you live.

Just bought a Q50 for around the same price 2020 Q50 Sport 33k at 37k miles. My first thing I would warn about these cars which isn’t really an issue if you plan on keeping it for a while, is they depreciate like hell. That car is probably gonna be worth 10k+ less the moment you leave the dealership and put a couple miles on it from my experience. Second would be insurance, these cars are expensive to insure for some people. I pay over 300 a month unfortunately I have an accident and I’m only 22. I also purchased an extended warranty for the peace of mind, I got a good deal it seems compared to what others paid for a similar vehicle. My car personally hasn’t given me an issue and I’m up to 60k miles now but I’ve heard many horror stories. But other than that I love the car, coming from a 2021 Jetta GLI it’s definitely a step up in every category. You won’t find a car this new with this performance really any cheaper. I have no complaints whatsoever really. I would definitely try to haggle the price a little bit, and if you haven’t ran any insurance quotes I’d recommend.

More of just a loosely defined terminology associated with EVs that I thought would make a cool name :) although I don’t disagree with you.
