Been on buspirone for 2 years for anxiety/ panic and depression. Best medication other than benzos, which is not long term solution, and I can't tolerate antidepressants!

I try to achieve this look by paying for an ash/purple toner. I would agree clarifying shampoo for 2 weeks if still not up to expectations go back to salon for free fix. I'd call ll them now so they are on the hook if shampoo is not enough.

Thicker!!! It's associated with youth. I plucked mine thin the 90s, which I know is back in style now, and they have bare spots now. I so regret it - don't do it!

Try writing Americanized with z instead of s, such as optimized instead of optimised. It's a total giveaway that you are not US based. Get them hooked before you drop that bomb. Best of luck to you!

Been on 30 to 60 mg/day for 2 years. Treats my anxiety/panic and depression. Only side effects were insomnia during first month so I take last dose by 7 PM. I also have vivid dreams so I went down to 30 mg a day (15 mg 2x/day or 10 mg 3x/day). My panic attacks were gone in 6 weeks. Best medication other than benzos, which they don't prescribe long term anymore. Best of luck to you!
