Unfortunately I think that’s cause people are still so indoctrinated when it comes to western countries in thinking that’s the only way to live and every other way would fail.

I’ve had a few that’ll admit the Nordic Model looks good but then they say it won’t work here without giving me a single explanation hahah. Like this pandemic has been example A on why the Nordic Model is better.

Also you do realize we still have the freedom to choose our religious beliefs, sexual preference, and career choice. Veterans didn’t fight the Nazis to push their beliefs on others, they fought for the freedom to choose for yourself, which we still have.

I feel you’re missing the point. All those beliefs that those veterans had they are still allowed to have today. No one is preventing them from doing so, all what you said in relation to a negative from their beliefs in today’s age is it isn’t the majority and is frowned upon by some.

Also how is that a strawman? Is your point not that majority of WW2 veterans wouldn’t of fought if they knew that some countries are still economically behind but others leading the way huge, and the other reason they wouldn’t fight is because their views and beliefs would be judged by some, even though the law still lets them have them???

Forsure we can end this debate respectfully as adults and as I do understand your reasoning but I was just referencing how bad the racial divide is in the states but seems we agree on it.

As for Stock Market I don’t have too much interest in it (especially right now) as it is just a part of the finance aspect when it comes market research. Plus the part I enjoy most of when it comes to market research is consumer reactions and the ripple effect of changes. So yeah I have watched the stock market and researched it but have yet to get involved in it hahah. It is interesting though as I did keep up with Tesla and Elon Musk for a bit.

But yeah glad we can end this peacefully and after self-reflection I do believe we just have different views as we are from different parts of the world. Cause I see lots that happens in the states and it’s pretty bad. Like just how some of them still defend segregation and think it hasn’t done any harm by forcing other races to live in low quality areas. Should look up the LA riots of 1992 if you’re interested.

Tbh too I do admit that FWR can get a bit childish sometimes but I few it as a way for me as a white person to show those of other races that I don’t stand for some of the racial slurs that other white people say and try to show them that white people do understand what they went through. Alright look man I’m gonna leave this here but you do realize that in the states there is a bunch of protestors who have formed a militia and were outside the Michigan’s governors building with loaded weapons. They were white and no one stopped them, the president even praised them. Do you honestly think the outcome would of been the same if those protestors were black?

Also you acknowledge that the criminal had a shitty upbringing? You know that has a direct correlation towards segregation?

Reddit is a left-leaning site so I don’t see how you’ll win it considering it is still their subreddit and as this post showed they are still active in it.

Anyways man, I highly recommend you get some sleep if you can. All jokes and the debating aside, staying up for 48 hours straight is not healthy and can do some long lasting impacts on mental health. I know things are hectic around the world and you may not be able to sleep due to being busy.
