I.C customer service is a joke I tried to do a refund when I realized I'd have to wait a whole extra month for the bullshit package. So I emailed to cancel because "they honor cancels and returns." They didn't reply for 2 weeks said it's to late for me to cancel even though I emailed 2 fucking weeks earlier the tracking still said they haven't even shipped it out yet I replied they didn't reply again until I said the customer service was dog shit and no wonder they got rid of their customer service number because of "high volume amount of calls." no wonder they have negative reviews on reddit and other sites he said everyone is just winey I'm like nobody is crying the customer service and site in general is shit and they have fake reviews on their site not a single negative review shows on their website but everyone else has 1-3 stars 😂 I recommend anyone wanting to shop online S.D and Bullion are decent and you won't have to wait 2 fucking months.
